We ship all our packages with registered international priority mail for the fastest and safest delivery. Every product that we ship out to customers is inspected and quality checked before packaging. In countries where it is necessary, we automatically attach customs documents to the package, so there is no need for the end user to deal with the paperwork.

Return policy

We only accept returns of damaged or defective products. Prior to returns, it is mandatory to provide proof of said damage or defectiveness. The method of return will be negotiated via the contact email. We will do everything in our power to resolve any issues with the ordered products, but we do uphold the right to refuse a request for returns.
